Roar Edge Productions was founded by Rhoda Dell in 2014 with a view to showcasing new and emerging theatre talent. The company aims to provide platforms for artists to come together and create new, existing and diverse work together. Roar Edge also aim to create working opportunities for working actors, that pay well, are fulfilling and are flexible around industry demands. This is done through providing accessible and affordable arts education for children and adults.

Our mission is simple: to be a company that provides a platform, "Where Raw Talent Fuses with The Artistic Edge."

Combining their artistic talent and vision for live performance, Roar Edge kicked off with a collaborative cabaret show, A Prohibited Affair at the Battersea Barge. Roar Edge then presented their original new musical, Bedding Belle, which was performed on 22nd June 2015 at The Hippodrome Leicester Square, with a West End cast featuring Olivier Award winner Leanne Jones (Hairspray, The Voice), Hannah Jane Fox(We Will Rock You, Rent), Michelle Pentecost (Wicked, Evita), Gemma Knight Jones (The Lion King, Sister Act), Brian Gilligan (The Commitments, The Wizard of Oz), James Alexander Gibbs (Mamma Mia, We Will Rock You) and introducing Maisey Bawden and Rhoda Dell.

Currently Roar Edge are working with composer/lyricist Joe Purdue on Tolkien: A Musical, which has just had its first concert version of the score and will be produced at the end of the year in London. Further musicals are also being developed by Roar Edge which will be workshopped in 2017.

Enhancing their educational strand Roar Edge are also running industry workshops, holding 150 one-to-one acting LAMDA classes in schools weekly across London and Surrey, along with their evening theatre school starting later this year.
